Usage¡¿
GWB series high-efficiency holeless coating machine is a brand
new multi-function coating machine for the sugar-coating or
film-coating of troche and pill .
¡¾Working Method¡¿
This unit is consisted by main motor ,spraying supply for compound
material , hot -air-purifying , dust-removing and ventilating
, and electric operating system etc .The plain cores of troche
or pill are rotated in the coating cylinder following the sophisticated
locus movement under the function of stirring retainer , meanwhile
, the sprayin supply system is pressured to spray the coating
medium on the plain corns automatically via the spray guns or
the burettes ,Meantime , under the negative pressure of inside
of cylinder (which the duck mouth-like wind oar can either suction
or blowing according to the technical demand ), so that the
coating medium is dried in quick and even , In the end , a layer
of hard , thick and smooth medium is shaped on the surface of
plain corns quickly.

smooth inner walls , no dead angle , which the plain corns are
not easy to be damaged .
