Usage¡¿
Model-FDJ overturning-bag-type centrifugal machine is suitable
for the separation and dehydration of suspension liquid containing
medium and small size granules .It can used for the treatment
of fiber materials or materials which require filtration of
very low moisture in chemical ,pharmaceutical ,foodstuff industries.
 ¡¾Working
Principle (figure 1)¡¿
In figure 1 (a), the fixed input pipe (1) is used for conveying
of suspension liquid and steam , the material enters the inner
chamber (3) of the turning drum of the centrifugal machine through
the exit (2). the shaft (4) consists of inner shaft and outer
shaft and is concentric with the input pipe (1) . The shield
(5) is connected to the outer shaft of the transmission shaft
,and the inner shaft is connected to the inner disc (6) of the
turning drum cover , the outer disc (7) of the turning drum
cover is connected to the transmission shaft (4) with 8 pieces
of connecting rods (8). The inner and outer shafts are rotating
with the same speed ,while the inner shaft can be removed at
the direction of (14) so that the filtration cloth can be turned
out [see figure 1(b)], the required force can be provided by
hydraulic or full mechanical (spiral propelling ) method , At
this time , the filtration cloth (9) unfolds along the circumference
of the inner disc (6) and shield (5) and forms a cylinder ,
the speed of the transmission shaft is reduced and the material
on the surface of the turning drum is thrown out at the direction
of arrow (15) by centrifugal force. |

¡¾ Main feature
¡¿
(1) Its unique feeding method can guarantee the even distribution
of the material in the turning drum so as to reduce the vibration
of centrifugal machine during operation .It makes possible its
installation in high-rise building and the integrity of crystalline
is also guaranteed by this feeding method.
(2) It can guarantee optimum washing effect. And in comparison
with the washing process of ordinary filtration equipment .the
Model FDJ series can save 90% of detergent consumption.
(3) The crystalline is guaranteed not to break during the discharging
of material ,because the ordinary centrifugal filtration equipment
requires special device such as a scraper for discharging of
material.
(4) After discharging there is no residue layer left on the
filtration bag of this machine , but there will certainly be
residue layer formed in the turning drum of ordinary centrifugal
machines and thus a big loss of material is suffered.
(5) Merely a simple washing of the equipment is required if
it is to be changed for the production of other products , and
the purity can reach very high level .
(6) Absolute sealed processing is obtained which conforms to
the stipulation of GMP. |
