Data¡¿
This dryer is a new generation of granulating equipment developed
,by the company according to GMP strictly for the industries
of pharmacy ,chemical , and foodstuff etc .
¡¾Working Method¡¿
This unit is consisted of Model ZL-200 wet granulator ,Model
FG-80 fluidized Dryer , the vacuum discharging installation
,and relative connection pipes . The target powder , after being
processed in wet granules by the wet granulator ,is pushed into
the fluidized dryer by the method of negative air pressure and
being dried immediately , then the dry granules anr delivered
into next process with the vacuum discharging installation.
¡¾Specialty ¡¿
The whole process is operated under closed vessel to avoid the
target materials being contaminated. |
