Usage¡¿
It is ideal palletizing equipment for pharmaceutical. foodstuff
and chemical industries and can be used for shaping and coating
of pellets ,as well as manufacturing of membrane-control-type
slow-releasing pellets.
¡¾Specialty ¡¿
It consists of an extrusion head and a palletizing mechanism
which are arranged on the same plane so as provide more compact
structure and easier operation ,when palletizing ,the mixture
of medicine powder raw material and adjuvants such as avicael
, wetting agent ,etc .is put into the hopper of the extrusion
head , the extruded strips are transferred into the palletizing
process, then the pellets can be coated , By changing of net
head , pellets of different diameter can be manufactured. |
